Caisse AVS NE has its own online form for employers.

Admin fee: 1.8 % of the AHV/IV/EO contributions.

LTN+ exists: ask for it
The questionnaire offers no accident-insurance option: it only asks who your insurer is. The office has confirmed to us, however, that you can take out the insurance through it, under the name LTN+. It does not happen automatically: ask for it explicitly.

Tax certificate, plus a recommended salary certificate
The office sends each employee a tax certificate as soon as it receives the wage declaration. It wrote to us, however, that it is better to issue a salary certificate anyway.
