About Clino
Hi, I'm Salvador.
I built Clino so that employing someone at home the right way is also the easy way.
I moved from Spain to Zurich in 2017. As a newcomer you want to do everything right, even when nobody tells you how. Around me I kept meeting people who clean, cook and look after children in Swiss homes with no contract, no payslip and no AHV years.
Not because anyone meant harm. The paperwork is built for companies, not for a family with a cleaner three hours a week.
At the start of 2026 I sat down to fix that. In April 2026 Clino went live, and the first families registered the people who help them at home.

You enter name, wage, hours and canton. Clino prepares the contract, the AHV registration, the monthly payslips and the yearly wage statement, and shows you where to click. You stay the employer.

Who is behind Clino?
Salvador Jovells started Clino in Zurich in 2026. It is small on purpose: you write, and a person answers by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Does Clino replace the compensation office?
No. Clino replaces neither your AHV compensation office nor your insurer. It calculates and prepares everything they need, from the contract to payslips and contributions, so all you have to do is sign and submit.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Switzerland, in Zurich. AHV numbers are stored encrypted and transmission always runs over TLS. Clino is nFADP compliant.
How much does Clino cost?
CHF 19.90 per month, all inclusive, with a 30-day free trial and no minimum term. Calculators, guides and templates are free for everyone, account or not.
Which languages can I use Clino in?
German, French, Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Does it work in my canton?
Yes. Clino covers all 26 cantons and applies each one's specifics, from the compensation office to withholding tax.
