Real answers from the server, computed when this page loads with the 2026 rates (checked on 17 July 2026). Your assistant writes its reply from them.

Ask a chatbot what a cleaner costs in Zug and you get a plausible number. Often it is wrong.

The rules sit in 26 cantonal rule sets, in PDFs and three languages, and they change every year. A wrong contribution rate does not crash anything: it produces a payslip that looks normal and is wrong, for a household that cannot tell and a worker whose pension depends on it.

Clino keeps these rules as data. Every rate carries the official document it comes from, the sentence that states it and the date it was checked, and the site's build stops when a figure and its record disagree. The MCP server gives exactly those figures, with their sources, to any AI assistant.

Questions

What is MCP?▾

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants call external tools. Once Clino is connected, the assistant decides by itself when to ask it, for example when you ask about a cleaner's wage.

What does it cost?▾

Nothing. The server is free, needs no account and only has a fair-use limit on requests.

Does Clino see my questions?▾

No. Your assistant only sends the parameters of a tool call, such as a canton and an hourly wage. We keep the tool name, the canton and the client's name, never your conversation or your IP address.

Does it help workers too?▾

Yes. A cleaner, nanny or carer can ask her assistant whether her hourly wage meets the minimum at the workplace and what her payslip must show. The check_my_wage prompt asks exactly that.

The server is provided by Clino. Clino guides private employers in Switzerland step by step through registration, payroll and insurance for their household help, for CHF 19.90 per month.
