Registration through the federal form
We went through the federal online form 318.147 page by page. The form does not yet ask for your employee's details: these follow with the wage declaration.

Your own AHV number is checked
On the «Adressen» page the form asks for your own AHV number and checks it straight away against your date of birth. If the pair does not match, you cannot continue. The number is on your health insurance card.

The PDF on akai.ch
The forms page on akai.ch also lists, under «Beitragsbezug», the PDF «Anmeldung für Hausdienst Arbeitgebende». It contains no questions on accident insurance or the pension fund. If you use this PDF, you arrange both separately.
