How to register
SVA Schaffhausen uses the federal form 318.147. You fill it in online. At the end, SVA Schaffhausen must be selected as the recipient.

According to the published leaflet, the compensation office issues the salary certificate (Lohnausweis) for wages paid under the simplified procedure and sends it straight to the employees. For the wage itself, your household therefore issues no salary certificate.

The same leaflet states that the compensation office levies no source tax on child and education allowances. For these allowances the employer must issue an additional salary certificate, because they are taxed separately.

AHVeasy lowers the administration fee
The leaflet gives two rates for the administration fee: one for filing on paper and a lower one for filing through AHVeasy. It is calculated on the sum of AHV/IV/EO contributions, not on the wage.
