No. Clino isn't a staffing or cleaning agency. You've already found someone. Clino handles employing them correctly: employment contract, payroll, insurance and AHV registration. Who you hire is entirely up to you.

In almost every case: yes. In Switzerland, every private employer is legally required to register domestic workers with the AHV (social insurance) and insure them against accidents. (Merkblatt 2.06) There is one small exception: people under 25 who earn less than CHF 750 per year. Clino checks this automatically during the process. The simplified procedure (under the BGSA) allows private households to settle social contributions and a flat-rate withholding tax of 5% through a single body — the cantonal compensation office.
