No. What matters is who signs the employment contract with the person. If the platform employs her itself, it is the employer. If it only places her, you are the employer and must register her for AHV and insure her against accidents yourself.
All you save are the contributions. The obligation stays: the compensation office claims them, as a rule, up to five years back, employer and employee share, plus late interest. After an accident the Ersatzkasse UVG pays and bills you substitute premiums (Art. 95 UVG). On top, a monetary penalty of up to 180 daily units is possible (Art. 87 AHVG).
