Needs diary for the assessment visit

The IV assesses the need for help on a home visit, area by area. Writing the days down beforehand means nothing gets forgotten: what, how often, how long, at night too.

How the diary helps at the visit

  1. The IV comes to you

An assessor from the IV office goes through what is needed in daily life with you, area by area. Have the diary on the table.

  2. The assessor rates

Each activity gets a level with fixed minute values. Your minutes do not replace that, but they show concretely what daily life looks like, on bad days too.

  3. You check the report

You receive the assessment report at the latest with the preliminary decision. If something is missing, you have 30 days for your objection, with the diary as evidence.
