What to have ready for the registration

  • Your own AHV number (on your health insurance card) and your date of birth
  • Since when you employ someone and the estimated wage
  • An IBAN for refunds
  • Whether you already have accident insurance. If not, choose accident insurance through the compensation fund in the form (simplified procedure plus)

Depending on the form, the fund also asks about the employee: AHV number, date of birth and wage.

Register within 30 days

The registration must reach the Ausgleichskasse Zug within 30 days of the first working day. After that, you report the previous year's wages every year by 30 January.
