- Trilingual: in Mesolcina, Bregaglia, Poschiavo and Brusio the office works in Italian (agenzia AVS). In many municipalities of the Surselva and the Engadine its Romansh name is Filiala AVS.
- Small municipalities often open the counter only a few hours a week. Call before you go.
