Registration with the compensation office, accident insurance, BVG and withholding tax depending on the wage, monthly payslips, annual declaration and salary certificate. Everything a company has, without a company's volume.

Frequent questions from fiduciary firms

Can I keep charging for the setup as a service?

Yes. What you offer and invoice your client remains entirely your business. Some firms set up the employment together with the client and charge a flat fee; the client then continues the ongoing administration themselves with Clino.

Does Clino file the registration itself?

No, and we say so openly everywhere: Clino prepares the registration, the employer signs and submits it. There is no power of attorney. For you that means: your client keeps control, and nobody acts in their name.

What about cases above the BVG entry threshold or in the ordinary procedure?

Clino calculates these cases too and shows the appropriate registration route. For special cases such as cross-border commuters with special agreements, write to us briefly: we will tell you honestly whether Clino fits or whether you are better off running the case yourself.

Why should I refer instead of doing the payroll myself?

You do not have to. But when the mandate is too small to run at cost, a referral beats a turned-away client. They stay with you for everything that does pay.
